Simple negotiation, paid very quickly and was very patient, even when the courier took exactly a week to collect the parcel (even though collections were booked for each successive day - bloody UPS!). It arrived very well packed from England via UPS tracked, on time, packaged with great care and perfectly matching Dans description.
