The deal went through smoothly and Jake kept me informed in every way throughout the deal. He's a really cool guy to deal with, and has made this an easy process. He even helped us to load it, but didn't warn me about how loud it was. Tested it in my conservatory when I got home, and now need new windows. Great lad to deal with.
