Folks,

I've not been getting into 6-string bass as much as I thought I would. This is my third 6-er - having owned Status, Curbow and Shergold over the years. The bands I'm currently in don't really need such an instrument, so a more deserving home and some funds for another project are the result.

The specs are as follows :

35" Scale
Carved Mahogany body w/ Burled Maple top - Tobbaco sunburst
One-piece maple neck w/satin polyester finish
Rosewood Fingerboard
24 medium jumbo frets
Zero fret, 2-1/8" wide
Active 3-Way EQ
Volume/Blend/Treble/Mid/Bass Controls
Dual MTD wood covered soapbar pickups
Shielded electronics compartment
MTD quick release bridge, 18mm spacing
Double acting truss rod
Buzz Feiten tuning system
Weight - 8.8 pounds

The neck is a dream to play - very easy to navigate all areas. Hasn't been gigged so is in mint condition - less than a year old - comes with MTD case. I'm looking for £595 which is a steal at the price. Shipping not included. If you live nearby - South Wales - you'd be more than welcome to try it out.

Cheers

Bill

Hi Dougal,

No trades I'm afraid since I need the funds for a new bass that's on the horizon.

Cheers

Oh man I've been looking at these for ages and I was wondering where you could get one in the UK. Damn it if only I wasn't moving in a few months (very very very skint!) I'd have pulled your arm off for this! Oh well, good luck with the sale dude!
