Pedal power supply

I've been looking for a power supply that can power up multiple pedals and saw this on ebay:

Anyone tried one of these? Or have a good alternative that's not too expensive?

That looks pretty good, but unless your pedals are on opposite sides of the room, pretty much any of these are cheaper and more compact:

id prefer daisy chains to just a 9v block like that, and daisy chain ppower supplies are often cheaper and more powerful than that

my main one is 1.5A, 9v dc, and cost £12, i power 8 pedals off it (i bought 2 daisy chains)
