hi dave

after purchasing a little big muff pedal from recommendations from my bass teacher , i wasn't convinced with the ammount of bass i had
it seemed to sap out the bass yet again , i generally have this problem with distortion

i asked around on basschat for some advice to add more bass with my distortion pedal and i was recommended to get your VT1-Bob The Blender pedal

will this actually work and add more bass to my distortion? :)

many thanks

Hi,

Bob is a valve based blender so does add a little valve drive into the chain. It will add a bit of bass but maybe something like one of my VT1 overdrives would not lose the bass in the first place.

I find Bob works best with digital effects and removes the fizz they can sometimes generate.
