Netballman Posted May 3, 2013 Share Posted May 3, 2013 Bought a Barefaced Compact from Mike which sadly was damaged in transit (through no fault of his packaging, I would stress); Mike was first class about it, unhesitatingly offering a full refund if I wanted one and contacting Alex to find out about repairs etc. We rapidly reached a satisfactory compromise thanks to his straightforward and helpful attitude. So we didn't get out as much as we'd have liked, but we loved it. (Well, it is early April) We now know more of what we want to do when we go back again, and we'll be pleased to re-book with Mike.
