Hi guys,
I've had a quiet week...! So found myself trying to do some clips for youtube and after being reasonably happy, decided to upload. I'd really like you to take a look and let me know what you think, give any feedback or put any comments on there as they are kinda 'Naked' at the mo!!
I'm not really a slapper (!) but both are slap clips, including the amazing and very influential 'Mr Moon'. More to come... Thanks in anticipation of any feedback/time looking. Hope you enjoy!
Cheers all, hope this finds you well.

I can't really play slap bass but to me your playing is really tasteful and spot on and something I would love to be able to do. Might give it a go myself later. What I like about it is it is more tonally orientated rather than look at me I can play 1001 really fast slap bass notes that you normally find in slap videos. Top job and has inspired me to give it a go

Some decent introductory lessons on youtube by MarloweDK. Youve probably heard of him, but if not, just type it in the search and he'll come up. I always point people in that direction as a good starter point for anyone who wants to learn slap/pop.
He's got excellent lessons for all levels of playing. Cool bloke too

I can't fault your playing. Great relaxed slap style. Lovely sounds from your basses.
Nice one.

Nice playing Jo... Sits really tight with the track and the tone of your bass is great.

If you are going to play slap in the groove, you have picked 2 good examples and the playing is fine.
No problem at all and nice lazy fluid groove.
If you can make those tracks sit up without the original bass in there, you are defintely a cool slap player, IMO
