Ben offered to 'broker' the deal, but in the end it wasn't necessary as the transaction went through smoothly and, as far as I know, we are all happy panda's. Collected the bass from Ben, and he made sure I tried it out and was satisfied with it before concluding the sale. Made a nice cuppa, and we chatted about all things bass, as well as letting me have a tryout on some of his very nice basses. Deal in confidence.
