He was really accommodating, picked me up from the station and made me feel at home. I sat in his lounge playing freely through his lovely amp, chatted with him and his wife and when I was ready then he took me back to the station. You don't get that form a shop now do you? The items arrived safely as they were very well packed. We had a little problem with a deliverer mistaking a 0 for an 8, but Graeme was very responsive and, finally, I got the parcel the very next day. The items are exactly as described and work fine. You can deal in total confidence with Graeme, there won't be a single problem and you can count on him if there is the slightest problem, he'll do everything to fix it.
