Anyone else had that issue? Purely aesthetic, as it still sounds beautiful. Will now find out if my Genz Benz warranty has any worth. Graham Posted November 2, 2013 Share Posted November 2, 2013 The light on mine often doesn't come on when I switch the power on, normally comes on eventually though when it feels like it. It's a known issue with the LED module apparently, mine's been like it since I got it from Shep about a year ago and not had any other issues with it. Might be worth seeing if it can be fixed under warranty, otherwise I think it'll be more money to repair than it's worth for a purely cosmetic fault Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Usually the blue LEDs come on after a while - and once they are on, if I turn the amp off and then straight back on again they still work. Dunno why though...
