Fender MIM '72RI Thinline Telecaster Guitar - Lake Placid Blue PRICE DROP
£500

Price Drop: £420
For sale is my Fender Thinline Telecaster, in Lake Placid Blue. It's a Fender Mexico reissue of the '72 Thinline Tele with two wide range humbuckers.

(Note that the Jazz in the background is not for sale!)

Really good condition - I've never gigged it, but before I owned it, it took a knock and picked up a crack to the paintwork down the back of the neck-body joint. It's only through the paintwork and isn't structural:

Comes with a Squier gig bag.

Ideally, I'd prefer pickup/delivery in the Glasgow/West of Scotland area, and can also do pickup/delivery in the Northeast of England (Newcastle/Sunderland/Durham) or anywhere along the M74/A69 while I'm driving up or down (I do so fairly frequently). I've now got a box, so I can now also post it. Payment by bank transfer or Paypal.

Any questions, get in touch.

Bump - still here, but the girlfriend was looking at the walls last night and said "that picture doesn't really fit in that gap very well - you should hang that blue guitar there instead". So much for my plan of dealing with GAS by selling stuff - unless I sell this, I'll be dealing with GAS by buying more wall hangers!

Yes to both those questions. The extra string retainer gives a bit more tuning stability for the middle strings. The other modification is that I changed the vintage "cup"-style jack socket to a modern edge-mounted one, because I like to use L-shaped jacks.
