Nordstrand NP5's are £120 new - these ones are in great condition and a really nice way to beef up the sound of your bass :)

There's some info on them here:

I know this thread is super old, any of the p bass 5 string pickups still available?

I'd forgotten about these but there is still one set of Nordstrands left. They have the angled Nordy pole pieces.

PM sent re. remaining Pickup if not already taken??? B)

Yep - there's still one left.

It's actually labelled as an NP5F Custom. It has angled pole pieces which the F version doesn't usually have so my guess is that the Custom part is the set up of the angles rather than straight ones (if that makes sense!).

Looks brand new, never fitted, wires perfectly could and don't appear to have any traces of solder.

Price is £85.

just as a double check (as it's labled as a custom) what is the string spacing for the NP5F Custom?

Thanks

Matt

It was designed for a Fender USA 5 string P but I'm not entirely sure what that is. Putting a tape measure to the centre point of each pair of pole pieces looks like 19mm to me.

I know this is old- those Nordys still around??
Cheers!

Incredibly late reply but I've just found them buried away at the bottom of a box of cables!

There's nothing on them to show if they are the regular or vintage NP5's though I'm afraid :(
