1987 Musicman Sabre - SOLD

Bought this from Andy Baxter last year, not played it much since getting it.

1987 Music Man Sabre Bass. This bass has seen plenty of action and shows lot's of play wear. The body has dings and marks throughout and the back has a big area of buckle rase. The neck headstock and frets however are relatively clean. The pick guard has cracks around the screw holes. Despite the bass having lots of cosmetic wear, it's a great bass to play and sounds fantastic.

All electronics and hardware are in good working order. (one pot has ben changed) The truss rod works as it should. Fully set up by my technician with low comfortable action. Weight: 9.4

Trade for a nice Precision (Fender US or older MIJ).

Bass in Glasgow.

SOLD

Cool. I'm just used to seeing them with the exposed pole pieces. You learn something every day! B)

Lovely bass - good luck :)

Don't forget that tbe bass on the beer gut goes more straight yo the eye and we can see it better especially the frets from the 12th to.bridge ..:P
