Westone Thunder II - the first version with (as you can see) twin P's

XLR output with LED - I haven't seen another one like it before or since although there are others with XLR outs (without the LED) and a couple with a twin XLR/1/4" Jack input.

Beautiful bass that sounds as good as it looks.
I'm selling this as... well, I'm fickle!

Go on then - how heavy is this beast? :)

I have a fretless Thunder 1A, and before that I once had a fretted 1A, so I know these basses are quality.

Hmm, could be tempted.

What practical function does the XLR serve? I'm a luddite with no grasp of such subtleties!

It weighs 10.4lbs so a bit of a beast but hasn't proved uncomfortable (though I am but a whippersnapper)
The XLR primarily serves the purpose of looking cool and maybe being a bit more robust than a 1/4" jack, it isn't balanced unless you have an XLR input on your amp or run straight to the desk.

MB1.
Please Note
If you wish to offer a possible trade for the bass?
Please feel free to do so by Personal Message to the seller
Don't post it on his sale ad as it will be removed.

That's interesting. What's the reason for that?
