Title says it all. For sale (final price and no trades) is my bitsa Precision with gorgeous Jazz neck with Tele headstock that I got from different people from the forum. Put together at Wild's in Highgate. I had it fitted with Bartolini P and I also have the J from the same set on its original package, just never got round to fit it.

- P body from a Squire, bought from here from Tom1946. All solid, does the job. Bought for £55

- J neck from Warmoth, bought here from umcoo. With Schaller machine heads, ebony fretboard. Been trying to find the original post to find out if it is reinforced or not, can't remember! Bought for £265

-Bartolini pups, 8S and 9J-L1. P-J. Only fitted the P and it sounds so good I didn't want to spend money fitting the J. Around £100 from ebay including customs/etc. I'm including the original P as well.

-Setting up was around £80 including price of a neckplate, screws and some fiddling around so that it fitted in the pocket.

So, from a total spent of £500, following the rule that you never recover money from bitsas, it goes for £250. Plays and sounds great, now it has Fender Nylon strings and it has something of a flatwound sound, but not quite. Very easy on the hands. Only letdown apart from some cosmetic stuff in the pickguard, is that in order to adjust the truss rood you need to remove the neck. A luthier can sort that out routing a small channel for the allen keys, I just never got round to have it done.

Collection only from Holloway, NE London. comes with a gigbag.
