The wedding planning continues...

It's with reluctance that I've decided to become a one bass man and sell my Musicman Sterling. This is to fund the ongoing costs of my upcoming wedding.

I've owned this for a very long time and it's been really well looked after. There is one visible mark, which is a scratch on the back and this can be seen from the photographs.

It has a rosewood fretboard, a abalone pickguard, and according to Ernie Ball it was manufactured in July 1999 with a poplar body.

It's a great instrument, and with the pickup selector is incredibly tonally versatile. I'm really going to miss that midrange grunt and ridiculously fat bottom you can dial in.

I'm looking for £635 (no trades), and would ideally prefer a face to face deal, which could involve meeting halfway and I'd rather not post, but might be persuaded.

It comes strung with a set of DR Neon Whites which still sound pretty good.

Just don't get married. What's the point in getting married?

Sack it off and keep your bass. Seriously.

You can really hear the seriousness in this person's response, love it! 😄

A really nice looking bass though which is tempting me as I'll soon be getting a pay rise in my day job..........
