I gave up gigging in 2002, and for fun started learning to produce tracks which meant getting a bass and laying down some simple basslines for me to solo over with tenor sax. Last year a friend asked me to play some bass for him at a party. I said ok and driving that low end has woke me up again. A few more gigs have surfaced, no one in the band is a diva, so off I go......
