petergales Posted September 14, 2014 Share Posted September 14, 2014 I have one of these straps that I bought to try to solve a painful shoulder problem. I'd tried a 4" Levys suede strap (didn't help) and a Duostrap (too cumbersome and awkward to use) and neither did it for me. Bought the Neotech and shoulder problem has now gone. Wouldn't use any other strap. I find it holds my bass at just the right height, too, but I use mine in what I would describe as a 'traditional' position (no criticism of you implied there).
