The bass is a 3/4 size - becuase Stentor make their instruments very playable - you could class this as a small 3/4. The Stentor Conservatoire double bass is carved from selected solid tonewoods with natural flame. It has a fully carved front and back and is fitted with an ebony fingerboard. It also has good quality full plate brass machineheads for easy tuning. The bow is in great condition - barely used. The padded case is generally ok, but has got several rips around the handles which would require some sewing / patching to rectify (a skill I don't have!). It still serves it's purpose though. For sale at £995 collected from Southampton. However, I am also looking for a much cheaper & smaller 1/2 size Double Bass and/or a Fender P Bass LYTE (Japan) with cash my way.
