Sharkfinger Posted November 10, 2014 Share Posted November 10, 2014 As the title suggests, I'm after one of these, as most of the time I just play with the P pickup. Would like the option of just blending in a bit of the J sometimes. Not a fan of the trad jazz vol/vol/tone controls. Even with the Jazz pickup turned off, just doesn't sound the same to me. Found a fender jazz bass special wiring diagram (for the Duff McKagan bass) but that had some odd tone thing in it and I couldn't get it to work. Got most of the bits so can make it up but if anyone knows a reasonably priced / quality pre-wired one, let me know. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
