rorysmith Posted November 12, 2014 Share Posted November 12, 2014 (edited) This was purchased second-hand just before Summer and fixed up a little but since then I haven't gigged it or even taken it out of the house. I slung some Rotosound Tru Bass flats on it, fitted a new jack plate and changed the tuners for some much sturdier gold Japanese ones. Original tuners included. There is a few things to note, as pictured:[list] [*]the black rounded part of the pickup selector toggle has snapped (the selector itself is still fully functional) [*]a small hairline crack on the side of the neck by the nut [*]a small dink on the lower horn (perhaps 1cm in length) [/list] These are all completely superficial and do not affect playability at all. I'd say it has a medium string height but with the adjustable bridge this is easily changed. I am looking to sell only (unless anyone has a double bass bow quiver in which case I would trade with cash my way) and would much prefer pick-up from Bristol. I am travelling to Bedfordshire next Friday (21/11) and to Sheffield from there next Saturday (22/11) - back Monday - so could also meet along the way if needed.
