Greco Electric Bass
'walnut brown' with maple fretboard.
1977 serial, all original except knobs, pickup/bridge covers and thumb rest.
ok condition for a bass this age, some nicks in the lacquer (see photos)
relatively flat and smooth neck for a p-bass.
4,2 kg. neck width at nut 41mm
frets are ok, but please note - the truss rod is operable but is maxed-out clockwise, which means it's not possible to get the strings any lower than they are now without buzzing on the higher frets. string action now is (from top of fret to bottom of string): E - 3mm, G - 2,5mm.
This never bothered me (I play with mid to high action), but just wanted to mention that this is not a bass for players who like very low action
This is reflected in a lower price

@AgentCooper and siverfoxnik
yes, there's already a shim in the neck pocket, neck relief is about 0.5mm at eight fret. the bass was actually set up by a guitar tech to get best possible action under the circumstances. he also filed down the nut a little bit.
cheers,
Pat
