Sold: 2005 Musicman Bongo 4 HH plus case in Lava Pearl £750

[Old Horse Murphy]

For sale is a Musicman Bongo 4 HH born on January 5th, 2005, so an early Bongo. The colour is Lava Pearl (orangey-red metallic) and it has a pearloid pickguard. It comes with the original MM case which is structurally sound but well-used and scruffy. It's also strung with a set of Fender Flats.

It's in great overall condition apart from a few dings that I've tried to photograph (including the obligatory chips on the headstock).

Weight-wise I'd guess around 9lbs and it's a wonderful player with an amazing array of sounds.

That's my all time favourite colour on a Musicman. I've only ever seen a handful in that colour.

I've just recently bought one for quite a bit more. This is a much nicer colour and a real bargain. Somebody please buy so I can stop wishing I'd bought this one instead :-)
