MXR M80 Bass DI+ In a nutshell it's a switchable 2 channel (clean and distortion) bass preamp pedal. It's in very good condition and only ever been used on my board with a mains PSU. As a result it has velcro on the bottom and no rubber feet. These are cheap and readily available from Hotrox should you want them though. Complete with it's box and instructions.
