I bought a pedal from Ed http://basschat.co.u.../35094-edpirie/ - not only was it a smooth transaction, when we realised we worked in the same part of London he dropped it off for me and refunded my postage costs :-)

An absolute gent - cheers Ed

Tim

Ed is a 100% top guy to deal with. He sold me one of the best basses I've ever played (a Yamaha TRB5iip), then bought it back from me when I upgraded to the six-string version. He then sold me a combo I'd been after for a while and it is perfect. In each case he bent over backwards to make the deals as straightforward as possible, and I can't thank him enough for this (I've two rugrats that render travel on bass related activity pretty much a no-goer!). I hope that next time we trade something we get the chance for a beer Ed!

I bought the bass (TRB5Pii) that Beedster mentions above off Ed today. He was an absolute gent to deal with and when I expressed interest in the bass, he offered to hold it for me for me (without payment or deposit) for almost 2 months while I was out of the country; if that isn't first class service I don't know what is!

Anyway, if you are you looking to buy/sell something off Ed, do so with complete confidence. Thanks Ed, was a pleasure doing business and the bass is a dream to play!

Having just done a deal with a very very understanding Mr Pirie I just wanted to restate the above, a top guy in every respect
