Like the look of the 33" Volo bass which with ramp, presumably is their take on a Fodera Matt Garrison?

And in action here:

:D

P.S. Looks like Ibanez are going right back to their heritage of borrowing ideas at the mo:

Volo - Fodera Matt Garrison (not looks but concept - tuning, ramp, scale, etc.)

Black Eagle - Burns

Fanned fret - Dingwall
I just wish that a few more of the finishes that are on their US site were available here in the UK. The SR1400 is available in a very nice red or blues in the states :o

Hopefully the new SR650s will be coming to the UK as well

Nice selection, it's nice to see one of the big manufacturers thinking outside the box a little bit and not just sticking to 'same as last years model in a different colour' syndrome. I appreciate that most of the ideas are borrowed, but.....

I'd be keen to try those P/J SR650/750 basses!

Here's the US collection for the SR range...I need to move the States :)

and here's the UK :/

I'm really hoping the SR1400E in the blue comes to the UK. I'd sell my current 3 basses for one of those.

I really like the Talman. Thing is though, while the NAMM display shows a few nice colours (although unfortunately no maple fingerboard), the Ibanez website only shows Black and Boreburst.

Oh man, no SR650 in the UK? I had basically sold myself one in the last 24hrs.

I think the SR750 will be available here, some retailers are showing it in their sites.
