Perfect working order. No crackling or any other issues. Can be retro-fitted to active or passive basses (I have done this myself and it works great with either). This unit is 2 or 3 years old and thus has the "old style" connections and will thus need soldering to connect to your bass (the new ones are screw clamp connections). It is exactly the same sweet parametric mids function as the current ones though. You can either solder directly to the prongs on the East, or use adapted EMG push fit connectors, which (very usefully) fit on the prongs on the East connections. I will supply the two EMG leads in the pics, which are all you need to connect input and output. Power connects to the soldered on red lead.
