davehallamps micro blender VS Boss LS-2

I have an LS-2 on my main board. I use it simply to blend 2 signals into one. I'm going to build a similiar but slimlined board for commutting etc (and maybe if all goes well, just to replace the needfor my big board).

I was just going to get another ls2, but for the 2nd hand price of one I could get a brand new Davehall microblender. Bearing in mind what I use it for, is there any reason not to just get the Davehall one? I quite like it being slightly smaller, and i dont need a switch to turn off/on.

I would try and find a blender with a phase switch (e.g. One Control Mosquite, Wounded Paw, Wee Lush FX) so that you could use it with more pedals. You might have been lucky so far and not had any phase inverting pedals that you wanted to blend, but that luck could run out!
