Hi all!

Up for sale this Fodera NYC Empire, made in 2006 if I'm not wrong.

The body is alder, three pieces maple neck with angled headstock (like customs ones), rosewood fingerboard, Seymour Duncan single coils in 60s position, 2 band Pope preamp with pasive tone, 35 scale.

The bass sounds and plays very good, and the preamp works very well in this bass. Sound like a fine classic jazz bass in passive, very fat if you want in active mode, and plays like a custom Fodera. The frets don't have noticeable wear, the truss rod works fine, and it can be adjusted with very low action.

The rear of the body is what have more wear, it have marks probably from a buckle belt. The pics are not very good, I can try do better ones by request.

this is my old bass, best jazz 5er I have ever played! Would love to get it back but wrong time it is

It really sounds very good, but I played 34" scale 4 stringers for more than 20 years, and this feels too big for me, at least for playing it live.
