MrBump Posted June 19, 2015 Share Posted June 19, 2015 Howdy all - thought I'd say a quick hello. I've been playing lead guitar since I was almost 14, that's just over 30 years now. Despite dabbling with a couple of cheap basses in that time, I've only recently started to take it seriously. I'm currently trying to cure myself of "guitarist turned bass player" syndrome, meaning that I'm trying to understand something called "groove", and figure out exactly what it is that chromatic runs can do for me. Guitar gear is extensive - bass gear, not so much. Really nice (for the price) Yamaha BB425, underwhelming but OK-ish Harley Benton amp, and a Zoom B1Xon.
