antonismbass Posted June 25, 2015 Share Posted June 25, 2015 Hi All, I have this problem when playing my CRM5 in arco mode (bridge pickup). The sound I get is distorted, it cuts out but it can also be clear for a few seconds. I have changed the batteries and checked for any loose connections but everything seems ok, so I'm suspecting that it might be a faulty component? Any advice/suggestions? antonismbass Posted July 22, 2015 Author Share Posted July 22, 2015 Just a quick update for anyone that might have the same problem in the future. It seems that the bridge has to be adjusted in way that it sits perfectly on the lateral pickup. The lateral pickup is just a little plate. So, by moving the bridge up or down it is not very difficult to locate the optimal position that produces clear sound with no distortion or cut outs. Hope this helps.
