Hi, I have to find a weighing scale but meanwhile, this page indicates the weight of the LTD III at 8lb, 4kg.

This one would be very close to that.

For what it's worth everyone should experience this bass. It's phenomenal in every way - it almost forces you to play better, dig deeper, try harder and works your ligaments. Yeah, maybe some do 'struggle with the neck' but as the man himself says - 'it's a strength instrument'.... you're not supposed to be all casual and expect resounding sounds - right? Someone buy this for the bargain price it is! Treat yourself - Xmas is coming and if you're proud of what you do this amazing instrument will zone your spotlight far stronger than anything else - Lee.

Thanks for that Lee.

The neck on this bass is more maligned than it deserves. I think the biggest influencing factor of the feel, the play-ability of a bass is the neck. Having owned more than two dozen basses, this one has a unique neck with great intonation, low action, superior stability - all in all, great play-ability. The pickup configuration provides both variety and a good home tone.

It doesn't get better for a P-bass style bass. I've decided to hold on to this one - I doubt I will get another bass with such a great combination.

Thanks to all who joined this thread. Cheers and good luck!

The neck width is the same as a Precision - 43mm / 1.69" / 1-11/16" (I measured it.)
Regarding the thickness, it is not as fat or rounded or thick as a Warwick neck (one of their new Ovangkol necks).
In the video, Billy mentions that it is modeled on the 68 Tele bass neck but I've never tried that so I can't say how close it is to that.
I don't own a standard Precision so I don't how they compare.
I do have a Precision 60th Anniv. bass which is a slightly slimmer Precision neck and the Attitude is not much thicker than that.

Thanks MB1 for reopening this topic.

I held on to this for long despite multiple offers and enquiries via PM here on BC. I have notified all those people via PM before relisting it here. I now need to sell it now to compensate for a lot of recent purchases - no trades please.

The price is updated to reflect the changed exchange rate between the GBP and Euro.

Cheers.
