William Travis Posted October 22, 2015 Share Posted October 22, 2015 (edited) New Eastmann Master Series Double (Upright) Bass For Sale This 4 string double (upright) bass was purchased new from Thwaites music shop in Watford, London 1 year ago and I'm now selling as I'm leaving the country. This is primarily a jazz bass, and features a brighter sound, but I've also used it in classical, musical theatre and pop/folk situations and it has sounded great and has been very reliable. It features: Plywood Body Ebony Fingerboard Realist Pickup 4 Spirocore Strings The action is set low, so has great playability. There is some buzzing around the F on the G string, but that can be easily fixed by adjusting the action. The price comes complete with the pickup and a soft case for travel.
