eubassix Posted December 23, 2015 Share Posted December 23, 2015 I Have a 6-string (rosewood/graphite-headstock-cap) earlier version of the Cirrus and can recommend this as an exceptional bass for the price. Great build quality, tones and playability. It's a shame the PV's didn't ever really take-off cf. other makes - I don't think these custom shop models are available any more (?). The ONLY thing I didn't like on the bass were the 'bling' (gold+abalone top) knobs, so I replaced them. Looks like Jay's 5 has also had these replaced with some nice wooden knobs (although this might have been a CS option upon order).
