Ibanez SR Singlecut 5?

Finally played one of these.

I've put a deposit on it.

Jesus, never thought I'd own an ibanez SR Singlecut - really not what I'd normally play.

Oh, and I compared it to a fan fret SR, which was easy to adjust to but felt dead in comparison.

I've liked this since it was announced/released, and with my change in preferences, the spec is spot on.
If I had cause to buy another 5 string, and there wasn't the money for a Fodera or Elrick, this would likely be the choice!

The one I've put a deposit on was 8 or at a push 8.5lbs

It was the shop floor model I picked over the one in their warehouse as I liked the figure in the wood, and the weight.

I've had a realisation that I keep selling 5's and I hate the band I use a 5 in. So I've pulled my deposit back and it's back on the wall.

And I'm going to enjoy my new jazz bass with £700 in the bank...

Which I'll spend on other crap I don't need.
