I use Mono Betty straps and Schaller straplocks on my Ray (well, all my basses)

Me too........
But i was thinking of trying out some of those Loxx straplocks - they look like a good idea.

I like Italia Straps. They do nice 4" wide ones in lovely leather. Use them on all my basses. They take a wee while to arrive coz they are shipped direct from the US and they seem to make them up on order a lot. Great comfy straps though. http://www.italiastraps.com

And my preference is for Jim Dunlop Strap Loks rather than Schallers.

Minotaur straps do it for me.

They look really nice. I've not seen them before. If I wasn't all strapped up I'd deffo have a few of those on order!

I used one of these http://www.guitarguitar.co.uk/guitarstraps_detail.asp?stock=09111216204038 with all of my Stingrays and finally settled on Grolsch bottle stopper washers as straplocks after using both the Schaller and Dunlop systems.

Grolsch straplocks!

This . . . or plain old washers.
This only makes sense if you have a strap for each bass of course. It's taking straps on and off that wears them out IME - they always wear out by the strap buttons. Since I started using washers - this stopped happening.
