Space Saving Patch Cables

I now have everything that I need for my first pedalboard and have it all set it up and working. I am using some Klotz 6 inch cables that I already had access to but I wish to get some space saving connectors to complete the board. I'm pretty sure I could squeeze extra space for a couple more pedals sometime in the future.

I'm not sure on the differing quality available and if going too cheap will result in a cable that will only be a problem long term.

My eye is on the EBS PL-10 and PL-20 - http://www.gear4music.com/Books-DVD-and-Sheet-Music/EBS-PL-10-Symmetric-Interconnect-Plug/P46 --- http://www.gear4music.com/Books-DVD-and-Sheet-Music/EBS-PL-20-Concentric-Interconnect-Plug/P48

They don't seem to be readily available though, and I will require 4 of each.

Does anybody have any experience of these?

Are there others that are known to be of a better or equal quality?

Is there a site that sells many types of parch cables?

Any other thoughts would be great.

Ah, I can see what you mean there. I hadn't thought of that. It is highly possibly that I would never be lively enough for that to happen though. But perhaps it's worth me considering the pancake style cables that have a physical lead in-between.

I'm using EBS PCF-10 cables and they're the business. If my pedals were any closer together then I'm not sure that I would be able to reliably activate/deactivate them without also accidentally triggering the adjacent ones.

S.P.

I use these as well. They allowed me to squeeze two more pedals onto my board!

I'm using the Diago Patch Factory kit which is essentially the same as the George L set. The reason I use these is that I can position the pedals I use most at the front of the board but run the whole lot in whatever order I like without making it look like a bowl of spaghetti.
