I haven't had to push the master beyond 1 o'clock (and I do like to feel the bass) and little tweaks on the controls yield great results.[/font][/color] [color=#141414][font=verdana, geneva, lucida,]In the first set of photos taken from a local pub, with lots of tiled flooring, wooden panelling and high ceilings, I kept the tweeter at noon and as I had the cabs raised on a seat, rolled back the high mid and treble. I initially thought it was Galgorm when you mentioned dead room, always hated the sound and vibe in those two big rooms, Gillies was always better. Did a gig at Culloden years ago and found it good. The GroovyPlucker Posted June 7, 2016 Share Posted June 7, 2016 Heard of it but never played it.........think these new cabs are more focused than older generation cabs, i.e. you can get a more specific direction with the sound, easier to monitor yourself...still great for transmitting bass into the audience face........
