Line 6 Backtrack with Mic Issue

Just wondering if anyone has one of these and has had issues with one.

I have the Line 6 backtrack with the mic and it's been good for a number of years, but now it's flashing with the purple light and in the manual/ tech support mentions that the memory is low. I've connected this to computer and it shows that the memory is actually full 11.9MB Free of 1.84GB but when i search the MARKED & UNMARKED folders as i usually would there are no recorded files.

I've run a windows repair on the disk and it did find a couple of files with errors that were repaired apparently and I've also popped a pin into the reset hole both with no effect I still have a full memory, I never did register it but i would think it's well out of warrenty now + the fact It's now a legacy product I'm guessing support will be minimal.

Anyone have one of these and have had similar problems?
