The dealer I bought it from is arranging with Yamaha spares to get me a replacement. It is taking a few weeks to arrive (in the meantime I have stopped the key rattling by stuffing Blutac into it!) but if they can do it for me (admittedly under warranty) they should be able to do it for you.
