Low End Bee Posted October 12, 2016 Share Posted October 12, 2016 Help! My near 10 year old KB37 needs replacing. It's not enjoying its relationship with my 2015 macbook pro and only works when it feels like it or decides to hiss and crackle just when I've done the perfect take. Is there anything out there that can do a similar job? I could get away with 25 keys. The XLR input and and 1/4" are so handy to have as I can do guitar, bass, keys and vocals all on the one unit. I know it was never a high end interface but it was perfect for song demos on Logic or Garageband that I could then share with the band. If there's no direct equivalent do I need to seperate units to do the same job? Could I link them if so? Not a lot of USB ports on my Mac and it will need to be portable.
