[/font][/color] [color=#1D2129][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]Specs are:[/font][/color] [color=#1D2129][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]Gotah Vintage Reverse tuners Aged Nitro-cellulose finished neck with Tusq nut, clay dots and hand rolled fingerboard edges Quality vintage bridge CTS pots and Sprague cap Vintage wired Vintage type Pick ups Switchcraft jack Light relic[/font][/color] [color=#1D2129][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]Weight is roughly 4.2 kg using the bathroom scales method.[/font][/color] [color=#1D2129][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]I've had this bass from new (about 18 months). I've had more comments about it than any other bass I've owned, I mean just LOOK at it! [size=1] [/size] The relic job is very good IMHO. I don't know what pickups Mark at classic & cool guitars puts in these things but they're big, fat, deep and generally gorgeous sounding. If I could get a set for my 5 string I would (I've asked, I can't). The neck is a little chunkier than other jazzes I've owned & played but still nice and comfy and the action is low.[/font][/color] [color=#1D2129][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]So it looks, plays and sounds great, but I'm exclusively playing my 5 string and can't really justify such a good looking ornament. Even so I'm still wavering on whether to sell or not, it's a lovely, lovely thing.[/font][/color] [color=#1D2129][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]I don't have a hard case to ship in so it's collection from South Manchester or meet up (within reasonable distance) only. Unless you're super keen in which case I could buy a case and ship (within the UK) at buyer's expense.
