Harryburke14 Posted January 6, 2017 Share Posted January 6, 2017 (edited) So this happened. Went into PMT originally for patch cables and a "play" with some amps to help inform future decisions. Ended up buying myself my first real gig rig, A Fender Rumble 500 head and Orange 4x10 Cab, taking advantage of the interest free finance too ��. Very pleased with it, the Rumble 500 is plenty loud enough to repay the noisy neighbours, and it can produce all of the rocky tones I so love. Plus it weighs enough to pick up with thumb and forefinger. Unlike the cab which takes two people struggling to move it, but its still great. I tried the rumble cabs to match the head but wasnt as impressed as I was with the Orange. Plus, it was ex demo and in need of a wipe down, so the £800 rrp was actually £450. Bonus.
