After emailing Chris on Sunday night, and getting a reply the same night, I sent the transmitter back Monday 16th. Chris got it Tuesday, sorted the problem, sent it back Wednesday, and it arrived with me today Thursday 19th.[/size][/font][/color]

That's a good result and a quick turn around, it is nice to hear of some good customer service.

I am still waiting for Stageclix to respond to a query about storing the unit with the battery charged or discharged, they replied asking which battery I had, I duly responded but never received a reply despite chasing a couple of times, I haven't used it in the best part of a year now and discharged the battery before storing it so if that was the wrong way to store it, it will be knackered by now.....I would recommend the product but not the customer service
