Hello

Drummer son needs the clutch kit (upper and lower clutches plus respective felts) to use with an L rod. Anyone know where/if these can be bought separately from the cymbal itself?

Thanks

Gareth

Any music store or a drummer specific store should be able to order. In the U.S. we have mail order companies like Casio.

Drum its often turn up at my local car boot sale. The venue we use for the Herts Bash (Youth Club) has been donated a few kits - if all else fails let me know and I'll see if they'll sell you the bit you need.

I value everybody's opinion...especially when it's the same as mine

A bit late to this, but perhaps you could have tried Roland direct? I have the same hi-hat and upgraded to the moving stand based one thanks to an ex-demo offer they sent me via email. They were dead helpful when I had an issue it being badly packed causing damage - they sent me spare parts.
James Jamerson was the man. Spread the word...

+1 on approaching Roland direct, in case anyone has problems in future.

I couldn't attach a stand to a Roland synth I bought second hand. Turns out the synth was missing a clamp/adapter at the base.

Emailed Roland through their website and they replied within 24 hours and a new part was with me, free of charge, the next day.

Definitely convinced me to buy Roland next time.
