Rexel Matador Posted January 31, 2017 Share Posted January 31, 2017 I’m thinking about buying a Classic Vibe 70s p bass (because I really want a Matt Freeman and it seems to be the closest thing still readily available), but I don't like the block inlays. Is there anyone out there who really likes block inlays and might be up for doing a neck swap with me? I’d ideally like something like you’d find on the Freeman (maple, gloss, etc), but would consider anything of equivalent quality, even a jazz neck if it fits. The idea of ending up with something a slightly unique is rather appealing. I figure there's no harm in asking as, from reading around on the forums, some people really do seem to dig those blocks.
