dyerseve Posted February 5, 2017 Share Posted February 5, 2017 So I fitted an Aguilar OBP3 to my Status Series 1 which has the Status Hyperactive pups. It is a beast and adds a useful mid cut/boost and active/passive switching which the Status pre didnt have. One slight problem is that in passive mode, with the pups blended fully, there is a noticeable drop in volume. This is not present in active mode so nothing to do with phase AFAIK. If I solo a pup in passive volume is spot on to the active volume. The blend/balance pot is 250K. Is this normal or is this an issue that can be addressed? Any ideas please?
