(short pause and puzzled look from me until my brain cells caught up with the situation). Personally, it's not for me - at all. It seems fake somehow. And I know there are some on the market that are marked in exactly the same way as some famous player's bass. Be yourself I say! However, very much my opinion and I can see why others may like these basses. I don't judge anyone for buying them. Each to their own! I haven't been there yet. As for the container... I really don't know what it is. I noticed it many years ago, and it's not that it changes entirely the flavour, but there is 'something'. The best Guinness is the one from the old pipes where the iron leached in and you got your nutrients. It was freshly made, but run through old pipes, does that make it roadworn....?! Cuzzie Posted February 19, 2017 Share Posted February 19, 2017 So far as out the tap, don't have the Guinness at the Bierkeller in Bristol, it tastes of cider, I don't know what's gone on in those taps.... There is a widget of sorts, then they 'excite' the particles after pouring from the can by placing on some vibratory electrical current thing, first time I had this I was mortified and it was not great.
