Rumble40 Posted March 14, 2017 Share Posted March 14, 2017 Hi all. I am really struggling to find a hard case for the Ibanez Artcore AGB200 semi-hollow bass guitar. The official case is an AGB100C but only seems available in the US, and dealers appear to be restricted from shipping overseas. No UK dealer I have spoken with can get hold of it either. I heard that an Epiphone Jack Casady case might fit (all the measurements look okay, but I guess you never know until you put the guitar in the case!) Can anyone help with this one? yorks5stringer Posted April 15, 2017 Share Posted April 15, 2017 (edited) I have a 5 string Artcore ( 4 string may be different..)and my JC case got for my Warwick Star Bass was not a fit. Annoyingly the body is quite wide but the neck is short so I ended up buying an acoustic bass case from g4music which is wide enough and actually far too long....So I've padded out ( foam) the interior so the bass does not rattle around. The harsh reality is I can squeeze my Artcore into a Fender Bass gig bag and I tend to do that for Open Mics as a big case is a hassle.... Just tried my Artcore in my Gator semi hard case which is the home for my Squier VM P Bass 5 String: if the 4 string Artcore is no wider than this then it will fit a Gator rectangular semi case...
