Papabull Posted March 20, 2017 Share Posted March 20, 2017 This bass is in immaculate condition (as it left the factory) It really is an awesome bass. It has a neck through design, is really beautifully crafted and easily on a par with boutique basses costing 2 to 3 times as much. The bass has a very powerful on board preamp that can yield thunderous lows, punchy mids and focused (piano like) highs. The TRB also has 6 individual fully adjustable bridge saddles, each equipped with a piezo pick up. The output of the piezo's can be dialled into taste (or left out of the equation completely.) For many bassists Yamaha's TRB6Pii represents the companies pinnacle in bass design and craftsmanship. Unfortunately for me I've had to come to terms with the fact that 5 strings is as far as i can go. Possible trades with a Roscoe 4 or 5 string or a Mayones Caledonius. Any queries please PM me.
